Here is what happens:
Even if your pay clears at night time, our direct debit taken during the day will clear.
The payment date is set according to your income appearing on your statement.
Even though your pay may go into your account late afternoon or night, it will still clear through the direct debit system.
If the direct debit fails you can call our payment hotline on 07 5526 8866 to make the missed payment and we will waive the missed payment fees for you.
