To apply to adjust any scheduled payments you will need to raise a support ticket.
When you raise your Support Ticket, select the help topic:
- Payments - Stop a Payment if you have a medical certificate, or
- My Loan - Help. I have lost my job. If you have lost your job and have a Separation Certificate or final pay slip, or
- Payments - Change my payments if you want to just change your payment schedule.
To apply to adjust a scheduled payment please “submit a request”.
