To change your payment date or change the frequency your payments occur you will need to create a support ticket.
Please note: The new payment details must match the date and frequency of your wage or salary payments. For example, you have changed your job or your employer has changed the way you are paid.
Regardless of the time of day that your wage payment is deposited into your account, we need to know the day the deposit is made – not the day it clears into your bank account.
We will send you your new payment amount if you are changing the period between payments.
