Our banking platform splits your payments as per your loan contract. ( See pages 6 & 9 ).
The total of the two spit payments will equal the payment amount on your contract.
Please Note: This doesn't cost you any extra at all.
To be fair...If one or both of the payments fail you will receive an email and text message 2 business days later and you can contact us then to make a payment and we will waive the fee for you.
You only get charged 1 dishonour fee even if both payments fail.
If you have missed a payment and want to make that payment up, please ring on 07 5613 2828 ASAP to speak to a payment staff member Monday - Friday during business hours.
Please Note: Payment Staff cannot answer any other questions concerning your loan as they do not have access to your file.
